Why can't you get a good nights sleep and feel like a million dollars in the morning?
(Is it because you're worried, scared, or depressed?)
I ask myself that question all the time even though I think I know the answer.
(Food, Sugar, Alcohol, Drugs) Not for me but some of you out there are nodding your head.
Talking or write about what is or keeping you from sleeping or living your life.
So should everyone BLOG IT? Why not? I've found that people have an opinion on just about everything
so I'll start all of you with some categories for discussion and you can pick from these:

D)Religion – straying from it – lack of and it’s effects on society How we are failing our children. Where is God? Everywhere.

J) Living with a workaholic - how to or not to that is the question

L) If you don’t start-you can’t fail (fear of failure and everything involved with it)

N) How to be perfect( dealing with the pressures of life)
O) Biggie size
P) No time for you..A world that’s run for you . email, blog, cells, computers
Remotes, i-pods, autosave, autopilot, cruise control. It won’t be long we won’t be needed. Kiosks. For food, tickets. Etc.

R) Current Events - U.S.(kids drinking/driving) T) What kids think about their parents
U) TV shows - any popular comments/discussion
V) Computer/Internet addiction or gaming, cell phone addictions. Goes back to #P
W) What would we be willing to forfeit our forests or our computers and cell phones?

Well that’s what I feel like I’ve been doing for 40 years to everyone and anyone that I meet.

When the kids are driving you crazy and works a pain in the *&^.
We'll try to make you smile . See! You already are.
The sun comes up and then goes down.
I’ve talked people out of the unthinkable and then some.
What are you waiting for start typing.
There I said I’d make you feel better. Usually getting it off of your chest does just that.
It makes for a good night sleep too.
Remember there are no stangers only angels in disguise
