Dreaming is leaving me exhausted. (Both at night and day I find this to be true.) I wake up exhausted from my dreams. Having slept through the night I have had the most animated,action packed, mind stimulating sleeps. I often think that I would have had more rest if my eyes never closed. This happens just about every night and leaves me exhausted during my days.
I take some medications that could be contributing to this. I never drink alcohol my diets average and I get exercise when I can stay awake. When I say exercise I mean gardening, cleaning or walking.
How can I sleep better?
I've tried to journal before bed, reading,avoid t.v.,computer and other stimulations.
I guess things could be worse. I have a good mattress and pillows that I love. So comfort isn't an issue. Still, I'd love to have A Good Night's Sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
